Survivor Series: Wargames – The Stars Align

Women’s Wargames Match (Lash Legend, Nia Jax, Kabuki Warriors, and Becky Lynch) vs. (Rhea Ripley, Iyo Sky, Alexa Bliss, Charlotte Flair, and AJ Lee)

Survivor Series kicked off with the Women’s War Games match, with Charlotte Flair and Asuka starting the match for their respective teams. The match usually features shark cages where all the team members resided until their turn in the match, but this year the change was made to keep all team members backstage until their turn to enter the match. Charlotte and Asuka battled back and forth for several minutes until Iyo Sky joined the match trash can lid in hand to give her team the momentary boost. Asuka was pretty much dominated by Iyo Sky until Becky Lynch entered the match equipped with a Kendo Stick. Becky came in hot until Charlotte recovered to even the odds. Asuka and Becky regain control of the match before Alexa Bliss entered the match for another advantage. Alexa’s team remained in control of the match until Kari sane entered to help her team. Sane entered the match with a chain to lend a hand and again the match became even. Becky, and the Kabuki Warriors tied Charlotte, Alexa and Iyo in the chain and delivered an awesome triple drop kick. AJ Lee then entered the match to give her team another advantage and get her hands on /becky Lynch. Becky, and the Kabuki Warriors were mostly neutralized until Nia Jax entered the match to even the odds. Nia Jax dominated when she entered to give her team some much needed momentum. Rhea Ripley entered the match to give her team the final advantage of the night with a bunch of weapons. Lash Legend entered the match last to officially start the match. Lash entered the match dominate and cleaned house. The match went back and forth for a while with multiple finishers and close pin attempts. Charlotte Flair helped Rhea Ripley avoid mist from Asuka that hit Lash Legend to give their team the advantage. This setup a Iyo Sky moonsault from the top of the cage draped with a trash can. The match ended with Becky Lynch getting a barrage of finishers with AJ Lee getting the win with a Widow’s Peak.

“Dirty” Dominic Mysterio vs. John Cena (C) Intercontinental Championship

The next match featured “Dirty” Dominic Mysterio versus John Cena for the Intercontinental Championship. Dominic entered the match to great hometown ovation accompanied by Judgement Day members Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez. Dom used some “dirty” tactics to gain control to begin the match with both Perez and Rodriguez getting involved. The match change when Dom tried to go for a Hurricanrana and it seems he hurt his shoulder after an awkward landing. Perez and Rodriguez took advantage while medics and the ref attend to Dom. The ref realized he was being played and ejected Perez and Rodriguez which gave Cena momentum. Dom unzipped his boot to regain control to hit a 619 and Frog Splash for a near fall. Cena recovered to hit an Attitude Adjustment for another near fall. Both men exchanged blows before Cena eventually took out the ref with a shoulder tackle. Finn Balor and JD McDonagh stormed the ring to help Dom until Super Cena emerged to deliver a double AA. Dom grabbed the title and Cena ducked to hit another AA, then out of nowhere Liv Morgan’s music hit. She entered the ring and smacked Dom to the ground and hugged Cena. It was all a hoax as Morgan low blowed Cena before helping Dom regain the Intercontinental Championship. Morgan and Mysterio celebrated with all the gold as they left the arena.

Nikki Bella Vs. Stephanie Vaquer (C) Women’s World Championship

The next match was the Women’s World Championship match between Nikki Bella and Stephanie Vaquer. Bella didn’t waste time pouncing on the champion as the bell rang. Vaquer eventually regained control of the match punishing Bella out the ring. Bella began to dominate the match after a miscue from Vaquer. Bella gave up her momentum when she tried mocking Vaquer with a Devil’s Kiss attempt which was reversed. This swung the match back in favor of Vaquer, the champion even hit a SVB for a close pin fall attempt. Bella recovered and hit a Rack attack before Vaquer got her foot on the bottom rope to break the pin. The action again spilled outside where Vaquer hit a Devil’s Kiss on the announcers table. Vaquer hit another Devil’s Kiss in the ring followed by a Corkscrew Splash to retain her title.

Men’s Wargames Match (Roman Reigns, CM Punk, Cody Rhodes and The Usos) Vs. (Brock Lesnar, Drew McIntyre, Logan Paul, and The Vision)

The main event of the night was the Men’s Wargames match. CM Punk and Bron Breakker kicking off the match for their respective teams. Punk and Breakker exchanged offense for the most part in the beginning of the match. Punk gained a slight advantage before Drew McIntyre entered the match to give his team the advantage. Punk fought off Breakker and McIntyre as long as he could before their power became too much for Punk. Punk was mauled by the duo before WWE Undisputed Champion Cody Rhodes climbed the cage in to even the odds for his team. Rhodes hit Punk with an inadvertent elbow while gaining momentum in the match. Punk and Rhodes end up working good together dominating Breakker and McIntyre. Logan Paul entered next with a pair of steel chairs to gain an advantage. Paul and Rhodes found themselves exchanging blows at the top of cage before Breakker blasted Rhodes with a chair. The numbers games prevailed until Jimmy Uso entered to even the odds with a table in tow. McIntyre hit a claymore to tame Uso and return the match to a free for all. Bronson Reed entered the match next to further his team’s advantage. Reed came in hot hitting multiple Tsunamis on the opposing team. The Vision McIntyre and Paul dominated this portion of the match punishing Rhodes, Punk and Uso. Jey Uso joined the match next to lead a fiery come back for his team. Jey Uso even took time to run back his entrance and Yeet with the fans until he was interrupted by the roar of Brock Lesnar’s entrance music. Lesnar came and let off a barrage of suplexes. Lesnar then hit everyone with a F5 cementing his dominance in the match. Roman Reigns was the final entry to the match who met Lesnar with multiple Superman Punches before being put through the announcers table with a F5. Lesnar then beat on Reigns outside the ring before locking him in the cage. The teams exchanged finishers until Reigns speared Lesnar through a table while he was delivering a F5 to Jey Uso. The match went back and forth until a mystery man entered the cage and hit a Stomp on CM Punk before Breakker hit a Spear to gain the victory for his team.
